The service
Call Auditor records sales calls, transcribes them, and generates AI-assisted coaching reports against your playbook. It is provided by the operator of callauditor.tech("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Recording consent. You must comply with the call-recording and privacy laws that apply to you and your call participants, including obtaining consent where required. You are solely responsible for the legality of every recording you make.
- You own the content you upload and record; you grant us the limited rights needed to process it (transcription, analysis, storage) to provide the service.
- Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or overload it, no reselling without our agreement.
AI-generated output
Reports are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are coaching aids, not facts or professional advice. Verify anything important against the transcript — that's why every verdict links to its evidence quote.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice — never retroactively. The free tier exists so you can evaluate the product before paying.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", in active development, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for recordings you make in violation of applicable law.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime (email shatokhinanton@gmail.com). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
